Jason LeBaron began his career in home remodeling as a foreman’s assistant, where he learned the value of true craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. Over the next three decades, he built a reputation for excellence in the window and door industry — all while witnessing how often customers were overcharged and corners were cut. Determined to raise the standard, he launched CJ’s Home Improvement in 2003, a family-run business built on trust, integrity, and doing the job right the first time.
Today, Jason partners with Ollin Home Solutions to bring that same level of quality and precision to homeowners across multiple states. His in-house installation crew — made up of trusted family members personally trained to meet his high standards — works alongside Ollin to deliver seamless, professional results on every project.
Jason holds a B100 General Contractor License, is Master Installer Certified, and plays a key role in ensuring Ollin’s crews operate at the highest level of technical expertise and accountability. His mission remains the same: improve homes, elevate the industry, and always put the customer first.
