Before founding Ollin Home Solutions, Jason LeBaron built CJ Home Solutions in 2003, leading skilled installation crews for major window and door contracts. Because of his long-standing industry relationships and reputation for excellence, he never had to rely on traditional marketing—yet he became one of the most well-known contractors and installers in the industry.

But Jason knew his mission extended beyond what he had already built. He had a bigger vision, the task that every perfectionist must face and only pursue when their ability to teach, mentor, and replicate themselves becomes as perfected as the work that is produced from their own two hands.

That vision which is now a reality today, was to create a company that could expand across the country while upholding the same level of expert craftsmanship, integrity, and customer-first service that he holds his own individual self to.

Ollin was then born—a company built on experience, strategically partnered with a team that can service the entire nation, backed by a dream team of in-house experts, setting a new standard for installations nationwide.
